In 2005, Adel enrolled at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Logistics by 2009. Adel also obtained several additional certifications, including PRINCE2 Practitioner from APMG-International in January 2013, Microsoft Office 2007 Master Program from Microsoft in July 2010, and ITIL Foundation v3 from APMG-International in September 2008.
