Ahmed Salim

Ahmed Salim has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. Ahmed currently holds the position of Head Of Information Security at Howden Group Holdings since October 2017. Prior to this, they worked as an IT Infrastructure Security Manager at Lycatel from March 2017 to October 2017. From May 2015 to March 2017, Ahmed served as the IT Governance Manager at ERS, followed by the role of IT Service Delivery Manager from May 2014 to May 2015. Before that, they worked as an IT Service Management Consultant at Pink Elephant EMEA Ltd from June 2012 to May 2014. From August 2004 to September 2008, Ahmed was employed as a Senior Network Administrator at Phoenix IT Services. Ahmed'searliest known work experience is as a Regional Marketing Coordinator at Jotun Paints, Middle East, where their employment lasted from 1996 to 2003.

Ahmed Salim began their education at Bangalore University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Planning & Promotion, starting in 1994 and completing it in 1996. Ahmed then pursued further studies at the University of Northampton, where they obtained a Master's degree in Information Technology Service Management from 2008 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ahmed Salim has also obtained several certifications. In November 2016, they obtained a certification in Identity Management from Whitehall Media. In April 2016, they also received certification in Enterprise Security and Risk Management from the same institution. Furthermore, in July 2014, they obtained a CoBit 5 certification from APMG-International.
