Eugene Tan, FCCA, MSc, currently serves in Corporate Finance at Howden Group Holdings since 2022. Previously, Eugene held the position of Deals Manager at PwC UK from 2020 to 2022, specializing in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring. Eugene also contributed to transaction advisory at EY from 2015 to 2019, focusing on corporate finance, M&A, valuation, and business modeling. Earlier experience includes a role in Financial Services Assurance at PwC from 2011 to 2015, with expertise in banking, asset management, and insurance. Eugene's educational background includes ACCA and a Master of Science degree from UCL, in addition to completing O Level education at Wesley Methodist School.
