Jayne Lee

Jayne Lee has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Jayne is currently employed as the Employee Engagement Director at Howden Group Holdings since November 2022. Prior to this, from September 2021 to January 2023, they held the position of Head of Internal Communications and Employee Engagement at Howden Broking (Insurance).

Before joining Howden, Jayne worked at Howden Group Holdings from November 2018 to September 2021 as an Internal Communications Manager. Prior to that, from December 2016 to October 2018, they served as a Senior Internal Communications Manager - Channels and Events at the Metropolitan Police. Jayne also held the role of Senior Internal Communications Manager - Change at Metropolitan Police from January 2013 to December 2016, where they were responsible for developing a communication strategy for the organizational transformation.

Additionally, Jayne worked as an Interim Head of Internal Communications at Metropolitan Police from March 2013 to December 2013, where they led a new internal communications team during a restructuring phase. Jayne also served as a Corporate Communications Manager at Metropolitan Police from January 2007 to March 2013, where they designed campaigns to support staff awareness and adoption of corporate priorities.

Earlier in their career, Jayne had substantial experience in marketing roles. Jayne worked as the UK Marketing Manager at Microsoft from September 2003 to November 2006, where they were responsible for the UK licensing business. Jayne also held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at Fiserv from October 2002 to August 2003. Jayne's career began at Art Technology Group, where they served as an Inside Sales Account Manager from December 1999 to September 2002.

Jayne Lee has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Aston University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Social Studies. Jayne further pursued their education at the University of Warwick, Warwick Business School in 1998. There, they earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Relations. Additionally, during the same period, they completed a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2018, Jayne completed a Certificate in Internal Communications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
