Jayne Lee has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Jayne is currently employed as the Employee Engagement Director at Howden Group Holdings since November 2022. Jayne's career began at Art Technology Group, where they served as an Inside Sales Account Manager from December 1999 to September 2002.

Jayne Lee has a diverse education history. In 1994, they attended Aston University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology and Social Studies. Jayne further pursued their education at the University of Warwick, Warwick Business School in 1998. There, they earned a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations, as well as a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Industrial Relations. Additionally, during the same period, they completed a Chartered Institute of Personnel Development program in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. In 2018, Jayne completed a Certificate in Internal Communications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.
