Mark Stephen

Mark was appointed to the Howden Group Board and Chair of the Audit Committee on 17 May 2018. Mark has over 30 years’ experience of advising and working with insurance boards, including how they adapt to the changing regulatory and business landscape. He was previously a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was the UK insurance industry leader. He is a chartered accountant, Director of TransRe London Limited and Non-Executive Director of the Pension Insurance Corporation.
