Paul Gudgeon

Paul Gudgeon has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Paul is currently the COO - Facultative at Howden Tiger since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Howden Group Holdings from 2021 to 2023, including Chief Operating Officer (Howden RE) and Operations Director - Reinsurance. From 2015 to 2021, they worked as Operations Director - Fine Art Jewellery & Specie at Willis Towers Watson. Before that, they were the Head of Operations - Facultative & Wholesale at Faber Global (Trading Division of Willis Ltd) from 2013 to 2015. From 2009 to 2013, they served as the Director of Operations, Executive Director at Faber Global Limited. Paul has also worked at GLENCAIRN GROUP LIMITED as an Operations Manager, Partner from 2007 to 2012. Paul held the position of Manager of Reinsurance Accounts Division and IT Manager, Assistant Director at Park London Limited from 2002 to 2007. In the earlier years of their career, they worked at MRM Intermediaries as a Technical Controller from 1999 to 2002, at MRM Hancock as a Reinsurance Accounts Manager from 1996 to 1999, and at Leumi Insurance Services (UK) Ltd as a Reinsurance Accounts Technician from 1993 to 1996.

Paul Gudgeon attended Epping Forest College from 1991 to 1993, where they pursued a BTEC Diploma in Computer Studies with a focus on the Business Stream.
