Sean Hutchison

Sean Hutchison currently holds the position of Head of Policy, Advisory and Services - Data Governance at Howden Group Holdings, a role started in May 2021. Prior to this, Sean served as a Data Governance Consultant at Enstar Group for a brief period in early 2021 and was the interim Head of Data Governance at StarStone Insurance from August 2019 to December 2020. A significant portion of Sean's career was spent at Barclays, where roles included Director of Governance & Assurance Risk Finance & Treasury Chief Data Office and Director of the Governance BCBS 239 Programme between June 2015 and April 2019. Sean’s extensive experience also includes a 13-year tenure at JPMorgan Chase, culminating in the role of Managing Director and Head of Risk Management for Private Bank International EMEA, as well as positions at J.P. Morgan spanning from August 1991 to April 2001, showcasing a deep expertise in risk management and data governance across the financial services sector.
