Shachar Pilzer

Shachar Pilzer has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Shachar is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Howden Insurance Brokers Israel. Prior to that, they held several CEO positions at Psagot Investment House, where they managed and led large insurance agencies, shaped policies, and oversaw operations, marketing, sales, human resources, and regulatory matters. Shachar also served as Deputy Director of the Agents Sector and Director of Customer Service at Psagot.

Before joining Psagot, Pilzer worked as the Director of Data Management at DBQ and Derech Eretz Highways (1997) Ltd., where they were responsible for data systems and team management. Shachar also served as the Consumer Marketing Manager at Taldor.

Pilzer began their career as a Training Officer in the Israeli Air Force, where they specialized in anti-aircraft warfare. Overall, they have a diverse background with experience in insurance, finance, data management, marketing, and military training.

Shachar Pilzer earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The College of Management Academic Studies in the years 2001 to 2004. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Law at Bar-Ilan University from 2005 to 2007.
