Monika Carlin

Monika Carlin has extensive experience in procurement and commercial management, primarily with Howdens since June 2010, holding various roles including Procurement Compliance Manager, Senior Category Manager for Tools & Accessories, and International & Strategic Projects Manager. Prior to her tenure at Howdens, Monika worked as a Buyer at Howdens Joinery Co from 2007 to 2010 and as a Spare Parts Planner at MFI from 2005 to early 2007. Monika holds a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership from the Institute of Leadership & Management, a PhD from the University of Glasgow, and has participated in international legal studies programs at Universität Münster and Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II. Additionally, Monika earned a Master's degree in Law from the University of Lodz.
