Thomas Trompert

Thomas Trompert is an experienced professional in the field of reinsurance, currently serving as Divisional Director at Howden Re since October 2022, specializing in structured reinsurance solutions for life, pensions, health, and disability. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Senior Reinsurance Actuary at Aon Reinsurance Solutions from February 2019 to October 2022, focusing on both traditional and non-traditional reinsurance strategies. His extensive experience at Aon, spanning a decade, included roles as Senior Reinsurance Analyst and Senior Analyst within the Resolutions & Analytics team, where Thomas developed tailored reinsurance solutions and conducted stochastic modeling.
