Stephen Napolitano

Stephen Napolitano, P.E. is a seasoned fire protection engineer with extensive experience in building, fire, and life safety code consultation. Currently serving as Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Howe Engineers, Inc. since March 2015, Stephen specializes in large assembly projects, including arenas, stadiums, and convention centers, providing comprehensive services such as smoke control system design, means of egress analysis, and fire alarm design. Prior roles include consultant at Aon Fire Protection Engineering Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed evacuation plan development and fire modeling, as well as internships focused on fire protection and plumbing engineering at WSP Flack + Kurtz and the City of Boston. Stephen holds a Master's degree in Fire Protection Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
