Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you’ll be a crucial member of our team, bringing comfort to homes by installing, maintaining, and servicing forced air heating and cooling systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing and replacing all brands of HVAC equipment.
  • Starting up and maintaining HVAC systems for maximum efficiency.
  • Keeping your work truck organized and operating safely.
  • Completing digital paperwork for each job using company-provided tech.
  • Promoting company services and maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction.
  • Providing training for customers on using their new systems.
  • Supporting other team members with technical knowledge when needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • High-quality customer service skills and a professional appearance.
  • The ability to work independently and supervise others when needed.
  • Must provide your own hand tools – all specialized tools provided.
  • A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of HVAC program at a technical college (helpful but not required).
  • 5 years of HVAC experience or a mix of experience and education preferred.
  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
  • NATE certification in CORE and specialties preferred.

  • Physical stamina and strength are essential for lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions, at heights, and on ladders or lifts.
  • Frequent use of hand tools and operation of heavy equipment.
  • Adaptability to diverse customer and technical scenarios.
