Andy Stewart

Andy Stewart is the VP of BD & MKTG at Howell Construction. Andy has over 20 years of experience in construction management, program management, and owner representation. Andy specializes in healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, municipal, transportation, water, and wastewater projects. Andy has worked in Colorado and surrounding states.

Prior to joining Howell Construction, Andy Stewart was the Area Manager at Vanir Construction Management from November 2011 to December 2015. Andy was responsible for construction management, program management, and owner representation specializing in healthcare, K-12 education, higher education, municipal, transportation, water, and wastewater projects.

From April 1998 to October 2011, Andy Stewart was the Business Development Manager at Saunders Construction where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with building owners, owner's representatives, architects, engineers and developers. Andy also secured new building projects in the following market sectors: healthcare, hospitality, senior living, higher education, religion and residential.

Before Saunders Construction, Andy Stewart was an Estimator at GH Phipps Construction Companies from December 1995 to March 1998.

From May 1989 to April 1994, Andy Stewart served as a Lieutenant - Civil Engineer Corps in the United States Navy.

Andy Stewart has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
