Dylan Ulshafer

Dylan Ulshafer is a Civil Designer at Howell Engineering, Surveying and Environmental since July 2022, with expertise in land development, stormwater management, pool permit planning, and grading and erosion & sedimentation control plans, primarily in Chester County. Previously, Dylan gained experience as a Bar Back at Topgolf starting in May 2022, and as an Intern at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services from April 2021 to June 2022, where responsibilities included developing concept plans for industrial sites and preparing land development and subdivision plans. Dylan holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Drexel University, completed in July 2022.
