Rich Vishneski

Rich Vishneski has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry. Rich has worked as a Project Manager at Howell Engineering, Surveying and Environmental since August 2001. Prior to that, Rich was the Owner of Deer Valley Construction from 1997 to 2001.
