Candice Kinsler-Fedon

Candice Kinsler-Fedon, Ph.D., is currently a Ceramic Development Engineer at Howmet Aerospace, having joined the company in June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Research and Development Scientist at MillenniTEK from March 2022 to June 2023, and as both a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from April 2017 to May 2022, where Candice focused on synthesizing advanced novel materials. Earlier roles include Quality Control Technician at the National Service Association in summer 2015, where Candice assessed fieldwork quality and created reports, and as a Student Researcher at The UT Physics Department Summer Fellowship in 2014, which involved experimentation with crystal growth methods. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering, an MS in the same field, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics, all from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
