Justin Staub graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Youngstown State University in 2005 and went on to complete a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2007. Justin also obtained various certifications in Project Management, AS9100 Lead Auditor, Train the Trainer - Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Lean Manufacturing from different institutions between 2008 and 2013.
