Micah Potts

Micah Potts currently serves as the Director of Operations for the Ti Mill segment at Howmet Aerospace, overseeing operations in Canton and Niles, OH, Washington, MO, and Martinsville, VA since August 2024. Prior to this role, Micah held various leadership positions at Precision Castparts, including Vice President and General Manager of LPC Titanium with full P&L responsibility, as well as Vice President of Operations for the Large Parts Campus and Vice President of Operations for Small Structurals, New Technologies, and IGT. Earlier in career, Micah worked as an Operations Manager at JP Capital Management from January 2006 to June 2008. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, and Economics from the University of Oregon's Lundquist College of Business.
