Tamás ELEK has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry, starting as a Project Engineer at BEKO Engineering in 1998. Tamás then moved on to Alcoa in 2000, where they took on various roles including Process Engineer, Machining area leader, Maintenence and Capex manager, and eventually became the Plant Manager. In 2015, they joined Arconic as the Engineering and Project Manager for Alcoa Wheels investment in Hungary. Their most recent experience includes working at Howmet Aerospace, where they served as the Operations Manager before taking on the role of Capital Engineering and Process Innovation Director in 2022.
Tamás Elek obtained a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 1998. In 2019, they completed an Executive MBA at Corvinus University of Budapest.
