Akshay Dhobale

Akshay Dhobale is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in backend development, particularly in Ruby on Rails. Currently serving as the Backend Team Lead at HowNow since February 2020, Akshay has been instrumental in developing key features, performing code reviews, and managing deployments on AWS. Prior to this role, Akshay worked as a backend developer at HowNow, where contributions included the enhancement of critical features and resolution of existing bugs. Akshay started the professional journey at NeoSOFT Technologies as a Software Engineer, quickly acquiring expertise after joining as a fresher. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with prior studies in Science and High School education.
