Aleksi Rantanen

Aleksi Rantanen has a varied work experience spanning from 2014 to 2021. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Representative at mySafety Oy, where they were involved in sales negotiations and cold-calling. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Vauraus Suomi Oyj, first as a Customer Acquisition Manager and then as a Sales Team Lead. In 2019, they moved to Fonecta Oy as an Account Manager, helping businesses to realize their goals through digital marketing. In 2020, they worked as an Account Manager and Product Owner at Finnplay, providing excellent customer support to international iGaming operator customers. Currently, they are working as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager at Hoxhunt, delivering the best customer success to a portfolio of BeNeLux enterprise accounts and creating a cybersecurity awareness and CISO community within BeNeLux.

Aleksi Rantanen attended Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Global Customer Relationship Management & Communication. In 2015, they also attended NHL Hogeschool for a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA with a Minor in International Business.
