Juho-Pekka Pihlapuro

Juho-Pekka Pihlapuro has worked in various IT-related roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Software Support Technician at Eilakaisla. During this time, they also worked as a System Technician at Adecco Finland Oy / Oy AGA Ab, where they were involved in a Windows 7 Rollout Project. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Specialist at MPY Palvelut Oyj, where they managed and improved customer IT environments, worked on projects with O365, virtualized server infrastructures with VMWare/Hyper-V and managed physical servers with Lenovo XClarity. From 2019 to 2020, they were a System Architect at Telia Datainfo, where they planned and implemented device management solutions and trained customer IT-staff. Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they were a Tech Lead, Team Manager and System Architect at Telia Inmics-Nebula, where they worked with modern enrolment tools and pre-sales, project management and internal training. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Hoxhunt.

Juho-Pekka Pihlapuro obtained a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology from Helsinki Business College / Suomen Liikemiesten Kauppaopisto between 2009 and 2012, with a focus on Information Systems Development. Juho-Pekka has also obtained several certifications since then, including an Apple Certified Support Professional 10.15 (ACSP) from Apple in March 2020, an Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.10 from Apple in June 2015, an Android Enterprise Certified Expert from Google in April 2021, a Protection Service for Email and Messaging Security Gateway from F-Secure Corporation in November 2015, a Policy Manager and Client Security from F-Secure Corporation in May 2015, a Protection Service for Business from F-Secure Corporation in May 2015, and an MCSA: Office 365 from Microsoft.
