Jonathan Gonzales

Jonathan Gonzales is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, development, and brand management within the optical and eyewear industries. Currently serving as the Global ECP Training & Development Manager at Hoya since October 2021, Jonathan is responsible for managing the development of training facilities across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, collaborating with global regions to address educational needs and establish effective training centers. Previously, Jonathan held the role of Project Manager for Commercial Excellence at Hoya Vision Care, where significant contributions included leading a global database project focused on Pediatric Care. With a solid foundation in brand training and account management from positions at Maison Modern Holdings, VSP Global, and Marchon Eyewear, combined with earlier optical management roles, Jonathan brings a comprehensive skill set complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
