Josif Bicja

Josif Bicja, P.E. is a Vice President and Senior Structural Engineer at Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. Josif has extensive experience in project management and structural engineering. Prior to their current role, Josif interned at PSNH (now Eversource Energy) in the Civil Engineering Department. Josif holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
