Matthew Low, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in bridge and transportation project management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Engineering Operations at Hoyle, Tanner & Associates, Inc. since January 1999, Matthew oversees a team of over 80 professionals, focusing on business development, employee retention, and project management for various municipal and state agency contracts. Previously, as Regional Manager for Bridges and Structures, Matthew led a team dedicated to bridge inspections and designs for multiple transportation departments across New England. In addition to professional roles, Matthew is the Assistant Capstone Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire, where responsibilities include guiding student projects and delivering lectures on industry topics. Matthew holds a Master of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.
