Julie Neuner is an experienced educational leader currently serving as Chief Program Officer at Hoyleton Youth & Family Services since July 2022. Previously, Julie held the Chief Program Officer position at TechBridge, Inc., where responsibilities included managing program budgets and establishing accountability protocols. With a strong background in consulting and professional development from Renaissance Learning, Julie has successfully led teams, developed training programs, and enhanced adult learning experiences. Early career roles included Reading/Literacy Program Coordinator at St. Joseph Elementary School, where over $40,000 in grant funding was secured to enhance literacy initiatives, and Children's Librarian at Freeburg Area Library District, where the first children's library program was developed. Julie holds an M.S. Ed in Curriculum and Instruction from Southwestern College and a Bachelor's degree in Workforce Development and Training from SIU-Carbondale.
