John D'Costa is the Chief Technology Officer at Hoylu. John has been with the company since August 2020 and has been instrumental in driving security certification programs and audits for FedRAMP and ISO 27001 certification. John has also managed NIST, PCI, and GDPR compliance and Risk Management.

Prior to joining Hoylu, John was with Holland America Group (Holland, Seabourn, Princess cruises) for over 4 years, where they served as an architect. In this role, they were responsible for application and infrastructure security for applications on premises and in cloud. John also designed and built microservice APIs using SpringBoot and Spring. Additionally, they oversaw service monitoring using AppDynamics and Splunk, and API management.

John is a highly skilled technology executive with a proven track record in leading teams and delivering results. John is an expert in infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automation, microservices, API management, and NoSQL databases. John is passionate about mentoring executives and educating teams on various technologies.

John D'Costa has a Master in Computer Systems from City University of Seattle, a Bachelors in Commerce & Business from University of Mumbai, and a Bachelors in Computer Science from City University of Seattle. John also has a Certificate in Cyber Security from University of Washington.
