Niels Zelders

Niels Zelders is a Dutch and European patent attorney with extensive experience in intellectual property law. Niels has been with HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER since August 2021 and previously held similar roles at NLO from February 2015 to July 2021 and at HOYNG MONEGIER from October 2012 to February 2015. Niels began the career as a Dutch patent attorney at Nederlandsch Octrooibureau from January 2009 to October 2012 and trained as a patent attorney earlier in the career. Prior to specializing in patent law, Niels worked as a research scientist at TNO Defence, Security and Safety from January 2007 to December 2008. Niels holds a master’s degree in theoretical physics from Leiden University and completed relevant training at DeltaPatents and Stichting Beroepsopleiding Octrooigemachtigden.
