Charlee Conway

Charlee Conway is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in graphic design, operations management, and project management. As the Owner and Graphic Designer of Conway & Co since 2014, Charlee specializes in web design, branding, and startup services. In addition to running their own business, Charlee serves as the Director of Operations at Le Chevallier Strategies and as the Operations Manager at Amity Innovations, LLC. Charlee has also worked as a Web and Graphic Designer at Hozack, Inc. and held various roles at Pacific Crest Realty Advisors, LLC, including Project Manager and Digital Marketing Manager. Previous experience includes positions at FLY FITNESS as a Fitness Instructor and Marketing Coordinator, and as the Director of Operations at Quemulus, Inc. Charlee began their career at Voya Financial as an Executive Assistant and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from Washington State University.
