Vic Shelton

Vic Shelton has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Director at Hozelock since 2015. Previously, Vic held the Operations Director position at Birkbys Plastics Limited, overseeing a site with over 400 employees and ensuring just-in-time delivery to major OEMs. As Managing Director at LT Consulting from 2003 to 2008, Vic focused on implementing continuous improvement for clients in manufacturing and the public sector, including healthcare and local councils. Additional experience includes a consulting role at TBM and a Manufacturing Manager position at Johnson Controls Automotive, where Vic was responsible for operations in a just-in-time environment. Vic Shelton earned a degree in Manufacturing Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Derby between 1994 and 1996.
