Freeman Covert

Freeman Covert has extensive experience in operational management within the dairy manufacturing sector, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations at HP Hood LLC since November 2007, overseeing multiple facilities in New York. Previously held the position of Director of Operations and Plant Manager, managing daily operations for a facility producing cultured milk products. Prior to HP Hood LLC, Freeman Covert worked at JM Smucker/Eagle Family Foods Division from June 2004 to November 2007 as Director of Production, where responsibilities included directing manufacturing operations for sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and powdered milk products.
