Meghna Shah

Meghna Shah has a strong background in human resources with experience in leadership positions. Meghna currently serves as the Vice President at HP Adhesives Limited since July 2018. Prior to this, from November 2016 to May 2018, they worked as an Assistant Vice President - HR at Goomo. Meghna also worked as an Independent Consultant from March 2015 to November 2016, where they managed HR projects for early-stage startups and designed performance management systems.

Before that, Meghna held the position of HR Manager at Ola from September 2014 to February 2015. From September 2013 to September 2014, they served as the Manager - HR at redBus, where they were responsible for spearheading the HR function and implementing policies and processes. Prior to redBus, Meghna worked as an Account Manager at The HR Practice from October 2010 to September 2013, where they managed HR operations and designed the HR framework for Adigas Restaurants.

Meghna's early career started at Oracle Financial Services Software Limited, where they worked as an Assistant Manager - HR. During their time at OFSS, they gained valuable experience in handling the complete employee lifecycle, including employee engagement, payroll, and automation of HR processes.

Meghna Shah completed their Higher Secondary School education at Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics from 1999 to 2001. Meghna then pursued a Bachelors in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing at Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute for Financial & Management Studies, which they completed from 2001 to 2004. Later, they obtained an MBA degree in Management & Human Resources from Swinburne University of Technology, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
