Marcos Oliveira

Marcos Oliveira is an experienced executive in industrial engineering and operational management, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Project Management, Engineering & Operational Excellence at Adler Pelzer Group since March 2016. In this role, responsibility includes overseeing industrial engineering, tool development, product engineering, operational excellence, and project management across six plants in the Mercosur region, along with leading new project launches for clients such as Volvo and Ford. Previously, Marcos held the position of Head of Industrial Engineering at Autoneum, where contributions included the construction and transfer of a new manufacturing plant. Marcos's extensive background also encompasses roles at Keiper, where achievements included developing the Keiper Production System and overseeing significant engineering projects, as well as a foundational role at Pirelli as a trainee. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Accounting and Finance from FGV, an MBA in Project Management from Universidade São Judas Tadeu, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Marcos holds a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
