Adriana Paulilo

Adriana Paulilo is a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner with extensive experience in HR management and organizational support. Since November 2015, Adriana has been contributing to HP, managing HR functions for over 500 employees while reporting directly to the HR Director. Prior to that, from June 2001 to November 2015, Adriana worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where responsibilities included HR project support for a delivery organization with over 1000 employees, managing readiness for new product introductions, and addressing mission-critical account issues while ensuring compliance with ISO9000 processes. Adriana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Data Processing from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and an MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, and Communication from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.
