Akiva Abelman has extensive experience in product management and technical support, currently serving as a Product Manager for World Wide Technical Support at HP Industrial Print Services since March 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing the post-sales lifecycle, managing beta programs, and implementing innovative tools to enhance customer experience, alongside serving as the cybersecurity focal point for Digital Front End systems and handling critical customer escalations.
