Brandon McGovern

Brandon McGovern possesses extensive experience in customer experience and product management, evidenced by a successful tenure at HP from February 2018 to March 2023, where roles included Senior Director of Customer Experience Impact and Senior Director of Support Experience & Digital Operations. McGovern spearheaded initiatives that consolidated CX teams, optimized operations, and leveraged data analytics, achieving significant improvements in net promoter scores and revenue growth through strategic digital enhancements. Previous roles include Director of Product Experience & Customer Engagement at HP, where a Voice of the Customer program was implemented, and Product Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing portfolio planning for high-scale infrastructure.
