Bryan McKown

Bryan McKown is a Senior Tax Counsel at HP Inc., specializing in global tax planning and mergers and acquisitions. They previously served as Tax Director for M&A at HP and held the position of Tax Counsel in Research and Planning from 2015 to 2020. Bryan began their career as a Project Coordinator at Screen Capital International and later worked at The Walt Disney Company in Disney Character Voices International. They earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2015, following a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Southern California in 2005.
