Carolin Shahar

Carolin Shahar has extensive experience in supply chain management, project coordination, and IT business analysis, with a career spanning over a decade across various organizations. At Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2010 to 2016, Carolin focused on process enhancement, long-term planning in supply chain operations, and managed product launches. Subsequent roles included being a business project manager for Master Data Management involving SAP MDG tool implementation, and managing a security team at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. From 2019 to 2022, Carolin served as an Operation Manufacturing Manager at HP, overseeing assembly line operations, optimizing productivity, and implementing lean methodologies. Carolin holds a master's degree in Technological Entrepreneurship from the Jerusalem College of Engineering and additional academic credentials in criminal profiling and industrial engineering.
