Hugo Rocha

Hugo Rocha is an experienced professional in strategy, sourcing, and procurement, currently serving in the Strategy & Planning role within Global Indirect Procurement at HP since August 2023. Previously, Hugo held the position of Sourcing & Procurement Sr. Manager at Poly, where a multidisciplinary team was led and the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement Organization was revamped. Notable achievements include the design of an improved organizational structure at FRISA and participation in GE's global task force for indirect procurement transformation, as well as significant cost reduction initiatives across multiple roles at GE and Danfoss. Hugo Rocha holds an MBA in Finance & Human Capital Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
