Irene Lee

Irene Lee is a principal in change management at HP, where they develop and implement programs aligning with the organization's strategy. They previously served as a transformational change manager at Nike, guiding the adoption of new processes across diverse teams. Irene has also held roles in organizational change management at Columbia Sportswear and as a consultant and owner of 71 & Change, Inc. In addition to their professional experience, Irene has taught courses on Change Management and Conflict Resolution at Portland State University. They hold a Master’s degree in TESOL from the University of Southern California and various certifications, including one in Strategic Organizational Management from Portland State University.
