Jose Muniz

Jose Muniz currently serves as Senior Director of HR for Hybrid Systems & Peripherals at HP, overseeing HR activities for a workforce of 3,000 employees and facilitating the integration of global teams during the Poly acquisition. Prior to HP, Jose held several significant roles at Poly, including Senior Director of HR Business Partnering and Director of HRBP for Global Supply Chain, Marketing, and Communications, where leadership was provided to HR initiatives and diversity programs. Earlier career experiences include roles at UTC Aerospace Systems as HR Manager, where strategic HR consultation was offered, and at 3M as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, collaborating on HR initiatives and succession planning. Jose holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Mary's University.
