Julie Jacobs is a highly experienced legal professional who has held various leadership positions in several prominent companies such as HP, Yahoo, Verizon Media, and AOL. With expertise in legal affairs, privacy, corporate governance, ethics, compliance, brand security, and government affairs, Julie has successfully managed all aspects of legal and regulatory matters for these organizations. Prior to their corporate roles, Julie worked as an attorney at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, representing clients in financings, mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, and other corporate matters. Julie holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder.
