Karen Alvarez

Karen Alvarez is an experienced business administrator with a diverse background in administrative and management roles. They began their career at Deloitte as an Administrative Assistant from 2004 to 2007, followed by positions at Banco del Trabajo Perú and Grupo el Comercio, where they supported general management. They served as an Assistant for various organizations, including Asociación Puentes para el Desarrollo and Minera Gold Fields Peru S.A., before becoming an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at hp in 2024. Karen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, earned in 2015, and also completed a program in Executive Secretarial Studies at British Academy in 2001.
