Nadia McKinney

Nadia McKinney currently serves as the Global Head of Executive Recruiting at HP, leading the transformation of the executive recruiting function and developing proactive talent pipeline strategies to enhance the quality and diversity of executive hires. Prior to this role, Nadia held various positions at LinkedIn, including Director of Talent Acquisition for Global Executive Recruiting, where responsibilities included centralizing the executive recruiting function and optimizing hiring processes. Nadia's extensive experience also encompasses leadership roles in talent acquisition and learning and development at PROS, as well as managerial and recruiting positions at Triad Resources, Sapient Global Markets, and AIG. Nadia earned a Master of Science in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications from Sam Houston State University.
