Nikhil Dekhane is a seasoned corporate strategy and operations leader with extensive experience in management consulting and executive roles. Nikhil worked at A.T. Kearney as a Senior Business Analyst and later at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, where notable projects included developing a go-to-market strategy for a global construction equipment manufacturer. Currently, Nikhil serves as Chief of Staff to the President & CEO at HP, where they lead growth and operations strategies and provide strategic insights to executive leadership. Nikhil is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering at the University of Cincinnati, complementing their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Pune. Additionally, Nikhil has completed executive education at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
