Otilia Barbuta

Otilia Barbuta serves as a Principal at HP Tech Ventures, where responsibilities include identifying ambitious founders focused on AI-first companies and sustainable innovations within the IT sector. Additionally, Otilia manages the Startup Accelerator Program in collaboration with TechFounders and has previously held roles such as Senior Associate and Technology Futurist within HP, where strategic analysis and customer engagement were key functions. Otilia is also the host and producer of the Leadership Speaker Series, chair of the HP Women's Network, and a member of the Metropolitan Club's Events Committee. Otilia's advisory experience includes supporting the AI-driven startup TARA.AI and previously managing projects related to diversity and inclusion at The League for Defense of Human Rights. Otilia holds multiple degrees in business, finance, and economics from prestigious institutions including the University of California, Berkeley, and Stanford University.
