Pete Karolczak

Pete Karolczak is an experienced executive currently serving as Transformation Officer and Executive-in-Residence at HP, focusing on growing HP Workforce Solutions. As CEO and President of Purple Koru and COO and President of Integrated Cyber, Pete has led the development of managed security services tailored to diverse client needs. The founder and President of KITEA Group, Pete has assisted both large corporations and startups in various operational and strategic initiatives. Previously, Pete held significant roles at Hewlett-Packard, including SVP positions overseeing IT Outsourcing, Enterprise Cloud Services, and IT Infrastructure, demonstrating expertise in large-scale transformation and organizational improvement. Pete holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Stanford University.
