Raquel Marquez, DMIST, currently serves as the Director of Global Employee Experience at HP since June 2022 and is a member of the Board of Directors for STEM Advantage. With a career spanning over two decades, Raquel has held various leadership roles at Farmers Insurance from February 2013 to June 2022, including Director of Project Execution and Program Management & Professional Development, where responsibilities included overseeing operational success and managing KPIs for Agile Release Trains. Previous experience includes roles in project and program management at Amgen, PCS - Public Communication Services, Citigroup, and Countrywide. Raquel holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership in Information Systems and Technology from the University of Phoenix, a Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Theatre Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
