Renu Sharma

Renu Sharma, PMP, SCPM, currently serves as the Head of Learning & Skill Development at HP, leading global learning strategies for the Marketing organization with a focus on AI, growth, and transformation. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Director of Global Learning at Flex, overseeing initiatives for approximately 150,000 employees, and Director of Global Learning at Strategy Execution, where consulting services aligned with corporate strategies. Renu has also held roles at IPS Learning in partnership with Stanford and as a Learning Technology Consultant at York University, contributing to the development of digital learning experiences. Renu holds a Master's degree in Learning Technologies/E-Learning and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from York University, along with a Stanford Certified Project Manager designation from Stanford University.
