Riadh Chaieb

Riadh Chaieb is currently the Global Escalations & EMEA Customer Care Centers Director at HP, having previously served as the Managing Director for HP Inc Tunisia. Prior to this, Riadh held the position of Client Services Manager at HENNER, overseeing a team responsible for healthcare administration across multiple countries. With a background in business management, Riadh also worked at Transcom Worldwide, where they managed a large customer service operation and facilitated the company's start-up in Tunisia. Riadh earned a Master's degree in Finance from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion de Tunis.
